Quality Check
Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to pass our mandatory quality inspection.
Package Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.
Refund or Exchange
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
